A “female tank” was armed only with Vickers machine guns. Not terribly femaie items those but there you go. When the Germans got some tanks of their own they were “hermaphrodites” having a main gun at the front and machine guns mounted on the sides.

An extremely well directed and touching film. It is the true story of a Marine Lt Colonel who chose to escort PFC Chance Phelps home ... to his final resting place after he was killed in combat. Not your run-of-the-mill Hollywood war movie. Far, far better. Realistic and thoughtful, if you’re ever at a loss for finding something good to watch, I can’t recommend anything more highly.
