Block is good tho, nice northerly slope. Rather feral neighbors, need to get this area gentrified then TONS of capital appreciation. Some of the bush on the road to here so wild, so beautiful that poets would swoon.

Apart from the 3rd world shacks-beautiful. Had a nice long chat with a neighbor a few houses down the street, nice.

Lol I have a backhoe, excavator, 14t ton tipper

Obviously you have to come to the other side of Australia to borrow it but that's no worries, only a short jaunt of 7 or so days each way lol

Probably better off hiring a little excavator from Kennards or whoever for that, also gotta move the dirt somewhere if you have too much. I hate paying contractors if I can do it myself

that's my problem as well. I hate paying, but don't have the time to do it myself. It doesn't help that I've never used an excavator ... but how hard can they be? Do you need a license to use them?

Were you going to do gravel or concrete?

Nah no licence required, comes on a little trailer with a couple of buckets, easy as to drive and quick to learn. Couple of loads of 0-40mm road base and you'll be sailing the boat up there lol

Someone hit a cow last night down the highway from home....car was crushed from bumper to the windscreen
