Look, I hate Putin, but the west ALWAYS had nukes on Russias door without any reciprocation. The expansion of NATO is obviously designed to provoke

The expansion is due to rabid Putin behaviour…all those nations fear his mental instability…historical evidence concerning Sweden and Finland is proof that they believe that their close neighbour is run by a leader who fantasies about the glorious past.

What the Ukraine situation demonstrates is that if Russia invades a non-NATO country, that country may receive some limited armaments from NATO countries, some "thoughts and prayers", but is otherwise on its own. So Finland and Sweden choosing to join NATO is logical.

Russia has no right to whine and complain about Finland and Sweden joining NATO. Russia did that to itself.
