Light in bathroom been out 2-3 weeks. Today, hip seemed fine, got the ladder, replaced the globe. Hip acted up but only a bit. Took a spoonful of hemp oil, should settle any inflammation.

Good sign!

Well, fuck! hardly any sleep last night: I sleep on my right side. The hip replacement was of. . .my right side. Wasn’t hurting, as such, just bloody uncomfortable so not much sleep. Was going to do some ringing to get things organised but not doing that—will sound dopy due lack of sleep. Tomorrow. 2020 piss off already, horrible year!

Yeah I know about sleeping NOT. I can normally only sleep on my left side. Sometimes on the right is OK.
Never on my back or stomach. Impossible. You do get used to pain, over time, and especially if you have some remedy to assist.
I actually take a very small dose of clonazepam before I go to bed.
.5 mg .... so sleep can come easy if you are settled in your mind, and ready to sleep. No good if u r still wired tho.

Taken me many years to settle on this.

I will take a tsp hemp oil before bedtime, might help.

Found someone can do the rotary hoeing for me, has a tractor so might get him to do some deep ripping. One load off my mind.

Gawd, I’m tired! Just back from work. Feet and back sore. Self medicating with a 9% Deschutes called Royal Fresh Imperial IPA.

Getting cooler here as we close in on the winter months. May be in the high 30s tomorrow morning.

My youngest grandchild, a boy, 7 months ... saw a picture of him today. He’s pulling himself up on things to a standing position.

I’m sitting in my living room, typing on my phone with a cat on either side of me.

I'm worn out ... work has been crazy ... I haven't done less than a 10 hr day in about 3 weeks. And we're not even officially in the christmas period yet, once that kicks in we're on a 6 day week. I told the boss he needs to do something to ease the load or I'm out.

My ~16-year-old pedigreed Siamese cat died peacefully today of old age and organs shutting down. Just a week between apparently normal and final death. Took her to the vet 6 days ago after she had not eaten for 2 days and vet said nothing could be done after examining MRI pictures.

Sorry to hear that. I love cats and dogs, so I really mean that.

Yes, losing Tiffany then Demi I know how hard it can be to lose a pet. Wait a couple months and then find another kitten to adopt.

he would be better off getting a cat from the pound or RSPCA, we don't need more cats, Squire posts a lot about the environment, so encouraging new cats probably wouldn't sit well....

Tell him to make a deal with the local Cab Company.

So sorry Squire. I fully know how much we can love our furry friends. I hope sooner rather than later, the joy she brought you over her many years outweighs the pain of her loss.

You poor bastard. Hope you get a nice pay packet to compensate you.
