You are correct that the mRNA(Pfizer) and DNA(Moderna) vaccines do not change the structure of the original Human Genome, Why? Because this man made mRNA does not reach the genome within the nucleus. Or, is created naturally by the genome within the nucleus(as it normally would be). This means that the transcription process to make normal protein-making mRNA never takes place in our genome. Although this lab-created mRNA only last a couple of days, it still provides the template for the ribosomes(protein factories) to start making the spike proteins coded in this viral vector strand. Those muscle cells will start producing spikes on their surface. Our immune system will then start to attack what were once healthy muscle cells. Is anyone even concerned with how this new vector technology could be misused?

My issue is NOT with this vaccine method(variants are unaffected, and the immune response is weak). I have no problems with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella(MMR) vaccines. At least these vaccines contain live(or attenuated) real viruses for our immune system to attack. NOT a lab-created viral vector code, telling perfectly healthy muscle cells to start making spikes(antigens), for the immune system to attack. The antibodies produced by the MMR vaccines, will produce the same broad-spectrum, low affinity antibodies that we want to have. These antibodies will fight any pathogen or any of their variants. Not like this vaccine that we may be forced to take.

As for antivaxxers, ultimately they are responsible for the decisions they make. Surely, you wouldn't want someone telling you what decisions you should make about your kids? The mortality rate of the measles is very low, even if you are unvaccinated. It is also easily treatable with antibiotics, vitamins(A), and fever reducers. There are many reasons why over 140K children die from the measles globally each year. Being unvaccinated is not very high on that list. Since you can still be vaccinated within a few days of having the disease.
